My overall take on it is that if the attitude from the PGA Tour Hierarchy, media and fans is to turn a blind eye to it because he was an incredible golfer ultimately enables the situation to happen again. And events in the past decade bear that out, he gets away with it and he does it again...

You can't (and in my opinion shouldn't) overlook the quality of the psrson just because he could hit a white ball better than most. His morals are from the gutter. He should be held accountable for his behaviour like any other PGAT member would be.
