It is ok when I use mine from bunkers (rare enough), but if you didn't get on with 6 deg bounce on your old lob wedge then maybe 10 deg of bounce is a better fit for you? I usually use my 56 deg from bunkers anyway! I use my lob for pitching under 75 yards and soft landing chips, I only ever use...

Fair do! Enjoy your new wedge anyway (7 or 10 deg) the SM4 series are amazing! I started off with 1 and ended up with 4!

I have a 60 deg SM4 with 7 deg of bounce and I love it! As I also have a matching 56 with 11 deg of bounce I don't really need any more than 7 deg of bounce on the lob, do you intend to use it from the sand much? What bounce does your sand wedge have?

I think my Fastback is the 2012 model (California with sea mist finish) and she is a great putter indeed, feels more like a blade than a mallet, soooooo soft! Dunno if that helps?
