Pretty sure he will keep his card as a result of his US Open win & Players. They usually come with a 5 year exemption? Just read up on this. Seems bizarre he will play fewer tournaments next year, but then will be exempt the year after?! Did he missed events because of injury or playing in Europe?

I get that you don't want a sales pitch. You criticised me for selling something and I am simply pointing out your misunderstandings. The achievement is getting a hole in one. There will be loads of holes in one that aren't in comps. You only get the watch free if yours is in a comp. I thought...

The point is that that isn't necessarily 'as it is supposed to be'. They wouldn't sell them on the website if that was the case.

You get them for free if it is an official comp yes, but you can register for the hole in one club and buy them through the website if it isn't. Nice way to remember a rare achievement as you say. And yes, I now have two watches. And thank you.

Maybe someone had a hole in one but didn't qualify for a free one. And maybe someone doesn't need two of the same watch.

Don't think anyone was suggesting it is the only issue. It isn't. But it does contribute. Obviously trolley users are going to disagree, because they don't want to feel like they are part of the problem. They are.

There are far too many fit and healthy people using electric trolleys and it slows things down, whether they leave their bags down the fairway or not. Making more people may of course be impossible to enforce, but it is definitely something that would speed things up.
