I'm tinking of a 17 degree hybrid, a 4 iron for middle distance and use as a putter, and a PW for short stuff / sand. Any advice?
first season back after playing only occasionally for 10 years or so
Positives: New club and new clubs
Negatives: bad injury early on and resulting worsening scores and a couple of point increases in an already too high handicap!
but glad I ot back into it
I've had this Birdieman..but NOT from golf, it was gardening trimming hedges.
I saw a physio who did 4 sessions of acupuncture and ultrasound and cured it in 4 weeks with about another 4 of exercise and rehab.
Reef Hotel, Anse aux Pins Mahe Seychelles - only 'cos it was the first course I ever played, and is, well, pretty exclusive!
Ballybunion - Hard with a capital H
Royal Birkdale - Memorable course; not a memorable round tho'

Take a 5 iron, avoid the bunker and trees and then a second 5 iron usually leaves you in good shape.... seen a few attempt to drive the hole come unstuck
