Wash your mouth out! 🤣🤣 Braai is a proper event. Wood and by that I mean imported wood from South Africa or Namibia. Stuff that takes 2 hours to create coals to cook on and stays hot for ages. Proper Adding charcoal (not briquettes) is acceptable but has to be a wood fire

It has been incredibly wet over the summer in Joburg/Pretoria. It had also tipped it down during the round. The area was where loads of spectators had yomped all over so it was an absolute bog. That course is usually pristine. Good thinking to delay it by a few weeks next year to move more...

I’m flying to South Africa on Thursday. Will travel in shorts/tshirt/light jumper & trainers. Stuff wearing longs just for the plane trip (never wear longs over there) I can bear to be cold on the tube for an hour rather than take jeans/chinos which won’t be used
