Ive heard that they have discovered that putting graphene into the mix makes the road surface so much stronger and long lasting. The issue is the increased costs. The real problem is that our roads have been left to decay for way too long, as they aren't seen as a neccessary thing to maintain...

When I do go to a range, it's a max of 30 balls including warm up and cool down. It's too easy to ingrain bad things when just stood there hitting ball after ball without the walk between shots to free the body up.

There's definitely a distinct pandemic of manager sackitus going round the PL these days. Fans do realise there's only a finite number of well known managers available, and harking back to historical ways of playing doesn't bring progress

I’m just getting over it. Cold and flu tablets, Albas oil to put on a tee shirt worn in bed, plenty of hot drinks and even more rest. It’s only lasted 4 weeks:)
