I was also looking at the Dunlop sets on there, the Dunlop Elite's I think I looked at, cheap enough, and I am only starting out, aslong as I can hit a ball I'll be happy, can always just swap them out for better clubs slowly once I know what my weaknesses/strengths are.
Slightly off topic... but as you're mentioning dropping off, how would 2 players walking goto their balls? Both seperate when they get near to their balls (if opposite sides of fairway)?

I've never played so take my advice lightly, but I'd tell him to put them in... having a handicap in itself would make me full much better and like I was aiming towards something. Your HC can only goto a max of 28.5 anyway can't it?

This slow play thing makes me very nervous, never played a course in my life and am just starting out at the driving range for a few weeks, I'll probably goto a course and just play the practice area (putting) a few times before I even attempt a proper go.

I think I may need a spotter if I start playing, went to test the waters the other day at the driving range, I ended up looking for the bounce in the end (very white cloud on the day).
Even my mate who doesn't need glasses/contacts struggled quite alot, it was windy too. I am hoping in better...
