9 holes closed again today for some bizarre reason. Yes it's wet, but it was a lot wetter in the winter and it was all open albeit with some temporary greens.

First medal postponed as only 9 holes open. Tomorrow might be 18 but with a lot of winter greens. Starting to regret rejoing all ready. Seriously considering next year joining the cheapest 9 hole course available and just playing opens

Depends on ground conditions. 190 carry would more likely be a hybrid / wood for most club golfers. If it's running then a mid iron is fair.

Depends on the person. I have had 3 lessons on my life, the first 2 made me worse so I ignored them. The third one was good as it fixed my hook. Lots of good info on YouTube.

Just buy something on sale from last year. Last year I bought some ex demo cobra ltdx for £370. A club is a club as long as you don't get some tiny blades

A low handicap player would be able to adjust to the conditions. Even if Thier handicap went up a bit they would be good enough to bring it back down? As a 6 handicap I'd love to have a go and at worst go up to 7 or 8

We even have to use mats around the greens now. I hate chipping off them. No doubt I'll duff a few off grass but who cares? Name down and really looking forward to the first medal on April 6th 👍
