Joined a new society, had my first round with them on Saturday, at a course I've played a few ttimes. Proceeded to forget how to play golf. Worst round Ive ever had.
Chicken wrapped in bacon.
Get 2 of the biggest breasts you can find, slice the front edge and spoon in a dollop of philidelphia cheese (I prefer the chilli one) wrap in bacon, chuck it in the oven for about 40 minutes or so.
Serve with fries and corn on the cob.
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
To play as much as possible. Have only played twice since getting married last year, and with a new baby on the way there wont be much time for golf towards the end of the year.
Well the weekend is now over. I did indeed get smashed on Saturday. Felt alot better on Sunday for it too. I just got so frustrated, Friday I played well, managed 28 points, Saturday was like I had never picked up a club before. Playing with fellas that have never played on a course didnt help...
I'm sat in my hotel room on my stag do after 10 holes of golf. Been playing for over 2 years. Spent a lot of money and I havent got any better. Never hated golf as much as I do right now. Think its time to accept the fact that I'm no good at it and give it up.
Played yesterday morning.
Had an indifferent round, started bad, got to the turn in 53, first 5 holes of the back 9 I played at 4 over (which for me is brilliant) then went back to playing like a complete tool/
How do I become more consistent? I honestly think I could get my handicap alot lot...
