Would I be right in thinking that with the changes, you'd receive fewer strokes than you do currently where the course rating is lower than par and more when it's higher? Or is that an over-simplification - completely wrong?!

I think the stuff with no chest logo is gear that's made for companies to buy and brand with their own logo. Usually the manufacturer logo will be on the sleeve or the back of the neck. When I get hooky with my driver it's generally because my transition is far too quick. If I feel like I pause at the top of the backswing I'll generally hit it straight or a nice soft fade.

My old company car's reg was SD60 ABV, which was just a "random" plate available when it was registered. My work? Springbank Distillery... I always maintained the company should've tried to keep the plate but it seemed I was the only one who thought so :LOL:

I own three very similarly-lofted clubs, which rotate through the bag depending on mood and/or conditions! 5 wood - 18 degrees. Great off the fairway, fine off the tee, sometimes ok in the semi rough. 3 hybrid - 20 degrees. Most versatile of the three as it can be used from most non-rough lies...

I didn't think it was great to watch from a TV perspective. Very few memorable holes, a lot of them looked very. very similar. No doubt a great test of the top level golfer's ability and it produced a worthy champion who played links golf the way it's meant to be, but it just wasn't a course...

I've donated about 30-40 times (O neg) but unfortunately they stopped coming to our area to collect donations a number of years ago. Always mean to try and arrange an appointment any time I'm going to be in a city or visiting the in-laws but it never seems to work out :cry:
