Thank you One Planer. Next question - I have read that wedges should probably have thinner grips than the longer clubs. It would appear that all of my clubs are a .600 butt diameter so how would I go about getting thinner grips for some clubs?

Craig, would you believe it I thought that as I walked off the hole and kicked myself a bit. It would have been likely to be no more than an eight - nine at the absolute worst.

What do people do to record a hole which wasn't completed? I had a nightmare off the tee on one today and took five off it so, rather than play it out, I gave up that hole. Would you just add penalties to take it up to 10 shots for the hole?

Could it be the case that certain clubs do suffer from the use of trolleys in the winter (such as those with a clay undersoil) but others do not, and simply adopt the ban on the assumption that they are of greater detriment to the course than would be the case with foot traffic? I am yet to...
