Don’t think there is anyway possible where you grab everyone’s attention Normally takes about 3/4 weeks for everyone to understand...

Best way to make sure as few members are aware...send it out in an email..

Unfortunately there will always be those that are unaware even with emails sent out etc

We have a note on the booking confirmation that members are responsible for their guests and to ensure they adhere to the clubs rules
