I played in it and I think 93 points was ambitious to say the least. It was 85% handicaps, with two of the winning group being higher handicappers losing 3 strokes from their CHs. Winds were so strong that two par 3s required driver. This wasn’t a case of low or mid single figure handicappers...

I think once you’re on the green every shot counts as a putt, even if you degreen the ball and chip it back on

Seems crazy he hasn't offered to pay people back. That should be a requirement.

I think there's about a zero chance the price comes down - hence, best to play as soon as possible.

I noticed the same thing this morning when I checked my round - was shocked PCC was 0. However, maybe it's because not enough people submitted qualifying scores for England Golf to consider it for an adjustment.

Have they fixed the issue?
