Do the indoor Trackman sims use full Trackman which gives club data (face path, angle of attack, etc.) or is it just the same as a Trackman Range where it gives ball data only?
you don't really need to think about it, just swing to the beats in the app........start the backswing on beat 1, start the downswing on beat 2, and contact the ball on beat 3!
I use the tour tempo app and find it really useful - you can play around swinging at different tempos and see which one suits. Big advantage for me personally is when I'm standing over the ball, my only thought is adhering to the tempo and counting the beats.....it removes all other swing...

Looked it up....Craigtoun is the new name.
It's a 18 hole course, fantastic inland course with great warm up facilities and clubhouse. It was previously owned by the Old Course Hotel but I imagine it will improve even further with the Links Trust taking it on.
You don't really need them to give you the specs away, just make sure you know what they are during the fitting and remember them. You should only really need to remember the shaft, length and like angle. Just casually ask if they're not volunteering the information.....you don't need to give...
