Yep must admit that it is looking tempting, at least 5 years ahead of our place in the work that’s being done. Over last couple of years we’ve lost some members to there and can see why.

Gotta love a bit of Matchplay. Think that playing snooker and darts for years, I prefer the 1 on 1 (or pairs) game. Beat the player in front of you, make a chip for a half, sink a putt for a win, great feeling

I went to a footjoy fitting day a few months back. Always been 12 wide in Dryjoys, mainly because of the width. When I was measured they said I was 10.5 xw. Ends up with 11wide as they are off the shelf. So not that far off from what I was having. Your shoes will probably feel a bit tight so...

Try to play at least twice a week. Plus club matches, comps etc that goes up to 4 times a week mostly. play darts another 2 days, and Monday night with the lads at the pub. Been with my Mrs 10 years, don't know what she looks like now👍👍

Shot 105 over the May Day weekend. Went out 2 days later and shot 75!! Good job I can just laugh off the bad rounds. Got used to them over the years

Yeah when I heard it I was surprised. Always packed out with societies and non members. Hope it isn't true. It's not the greatest course in the land, but never like to see one close its doors.
